GWD GENERAL MANAGER

GM Manuel Macayan Butardo was born on November 17, 1962 at Guinayangan, Quezon. He is the eldest of the 4 children of the late Patrolman Vito Butardo and Mrs. Emilia Macayan. He married Malu David-Butardo on April 22, 1985 and they were blessed with 4 children, Harry, Glenn, Dale and Meg.

He graduated from Manuel S. Enverga University with a Degree of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985 and Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2014. He began his public service when he was appointed as the Sangguniang Bayan Secretary in 1986.  He also served as the (Acting) General Manager of the Guinayangan Water District for 9 years (1987-1996) in which he was able to improved the water supply system in Metro Poblacion. 

GM Manny also served as Municipal Mayor of Guinayangan, Quezon for 9 consecutive years from July 1998 to June 2007 and as a Provincial Board Member, representing the 4th district of Quezon Province, also for three consecutive terms, from July 2007 to June 2016.

MANUEL M. BUTARDO

GENERAL MANAGER (1987 - 1996)

GM Antonieto Cerilla Pujalte was born on September 23, 1967 in UST Hospital in Manila.  He was the second child of Antonio Dela Costa Pujalte and Clemencia Mendoza Cerilla.  He got married to Delta David Pujalte on December 10, 1994 and they were blessed with two sons, Kookoo and Twice.

He graduated from Adamson University with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1990 and has earned masteral units in Master of Public Administration in Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Open University System.  He passed the Career Service Professional Exam as well as the Career Service Executive Exam on January 27, 2014.  He began his public service when he was appointed General Manager of the Guinayangan Water District in 1996 and continuously served the District for 19 years.  He also served as President of the Quezon Association of Water Districts (QUAWD).  

GM Tonet was also the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 15232 of the Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Parish.

ENGR. ANTONIETO C. PUJALTE

GENERAL MANAGER (1996 - 2015)

GM Carmelo Alejandro Cerilla Pujalte is the third General Manager of Guinayangan Water District since its establishment in 1987.  He was born on April 27, 1970 in UST Hospital in Manila.  He is the third child of Antonio Dela Costa Pujalte and Clemencia Mendoza Cerilla and the younger brother of former GWD Manager Antonieto Pujalte.  He got married to Marivic Requinto Pujalte on December 29, 2003 and they were blessed with two children, Chloe Jehanne and Zanjo Alejandro.

GM Elo graduated from Manuel S. Enverga University with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1992.  He was conferred with a Degree of Master in Public Administration by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Open University System on December 12, 2012.  He passed the Licensure Examination for Environmental Planners on June 9-10, 2015 and was duly registered by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) in the Registry Book of licensed Environmental Planners in June 25, 2015.  He both passed the Career Service Sub-Professional and Professional Examinations given in Lucena CIty by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on October 20, 1991 and November 29, 1992 respectively.  He has gained 21 years experience in public service as appointed Project Development Officer II at the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) of the Municipal Government of Guinayangan, Quezon before transferring to the Guinayangan Water District in August 2016. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Quezon Association of Water Districts (QUAWD)  

GM Elo is an active member of the Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Parish Choir and the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners - Quezon Chapter.
